During a planned system maintenance job we have identified a communication interruption in one of the UK site servers. This interruption resulted in a few 503 error responses.

• The impacted server has been isolated and removed immediately once the issue was identified. Then it was fixed and tested before being returned to the pool.
• Our team is still investigating the cause of the interruption, making sure that similar incidents will not reoccur.
