Due to a technical issue on one of our European acquirer’s end, we have experienced several transaction failures.
The issue has been resolved and transaction flow has resumed.
- The issue has been identified and resolved.
- Our team is still investigating the cause of the issue in collaboration with the acquiring bank, making sure that similar incidents will not reoccur.
- We confirmed that none of the transactions that triggered an error ended up with a capture.
