The issue has been resolved and transaction flow has resumed.

  • The issue has been identified and resolved.
  • Our team is still investigating the cause of the issue in collaboration with the acquiring bank, making sure that similar incidents will not reoccur.
  • We confirmed that none of the transactions that triggered an error ended up with a capture.
