One of our acquiring banks was having connectivity issues causing 400 error responses for some transactions in both Sandbox and Production.

• The acquiring bank acknowledged a technical failure on their end and is currently working on identifying the root cause.
• Any merchant boarded to a failover acquiring bank was not impacted.
• Impacted merchants saw declined transactions with a status code of 400 and an error description of GENERAL_PAYMENT_PROCESSING_ERROR”,”code”:”14002”,”description”:”Transaction failed because of payment processing failure.: General system failure”
