Retroactive

We experienced instability and loss of connectivity to our UK datacenter. We failed traffic to the US datacenter and we are working with our Internet Service Provider to determine the root cause.

Details:

  • During the incident window, we experienced a loss of connectivity to our UK Datacenter
  • Merchants may have experienced connectivity errors or timeouts when calling our services in the UK datacenter
  • BlueSnap’s automated monitoring failed traffic to the US datacenter which bypassed the issue
  • We are working with our ISP vendor to determine root cause
  • All service are running and available from our US datacenter
